My experience with Keith Ian has been the best with any Estate Agent I have used. To put it into perspective I have used Agents in excess of 20 times and my opinion has never been good. I am pleased to say Keith Ian might have even changed that opinion. This time I was selling on behalf of an aged aunt. They kept me fully informed of the process and helped in every respect of the sale, including recommending a reasonable house clearance company.

Amazing service at a very stressful time the team have been absolutely fantastic. Whilst selling our flat they quickly kept us informed of viewings and were considerate of our circumstances during the viewing process. We got feedback on every viewing and were always very honest and realistic, no getting our hopes up. Once we had a buyer they moved heaven and earth to push the sale through for our preferred moving date just 10 weeks away. The agent we bought through was not very efficient at responding to us but it didn't matter as Keith Ian were there to help where they failed. I can not thank the team enough for going above and beyond for us and would highly recommend them in a heartbeat.
